Welcome to Year 5’s page!

Welcome to Class 5! Year 5 are really enjoying their topics this year and have produced some outstanding work in their cross curricular topic learning. They are rising to the challenge of being nearly at the top of the school and will be great ambassadors next year as Year 6s. Parents, do come and have a look around the lovely classroom displays on a Friday afternoon after school if you’d like to!

Even though we are only a small class, we are hugely talented. We are extremely sporty, exceptionally creative and widely imaginative!

We love our school and are very proud of it. Here are some of the things we like about our school: our topics, maths, art, P.E., computing, science, playtimes, visiting the farm, the teachers, TAs and adults who work at our school, the outside space and playground equipment, our displays,  school competitions and House Point challenges.

Listen to what we have to say:

‘…it is fun and challenging.’

‘…all of the people who work at our school are kind, exciting and helpful…the subjects challenge you.’

’…it is fun and we learn new skills.’

‘…the (displays) always draw me in and are so lovely’

‘…the teachers are really nice. The lessons are really fun.’

‘…(in) D.T. you have some really cool projects.’
